My Bloody Valentine

I love films and I love cinemas.  Unfortunately, most of the the films I like never get shown in cinemas.  I think it's terrific that people still go to cinemas in great numbers but it grieves me that the choice offered to us is so narrow.  However, the irony is that the choice available to the home viewer is now almost limitless.  Not only that but the gap between the cinema and home viewing experiences is now smaller than ever.  So let's assume you've already been to the cinema to see the latest Twilight, Harry Potter, Fast & Furious, Toy Story and Saw installments.  You're now sat at home in front of your massive telly, maybe with a Blu-Ray player, perhaps surround sound, maybe even with your PC streamed to it.  You can choose to see almost anything from the last 100 years of cinema history.  What to watch?  Step this way ...
